Urdu is an amalgamation of different languages of words (Arabic, Persian, Sanskrit, Hindi, Turkish) with the incorporation of these words is existing to prepare yeast for a mixed language. This language flourished about one thousand years from its evolution,passed through different stages faced fluctuations. Despite being that this language is progressing and is still surviving among us. The language depicts a character of cultural diversity, Hindu Muslim brotherhood, mutual cooperation,uniformity,fraternity and a unique secular sense and has also set an excellent example of communal harmony and national integrity among us, not only this, Urdu is a language that reflects the signs of GangaJamini composite culture. It played a crucial role in the freedom struggle of India against the British.
Urdu is an expression of mental ideas in the form of Metaphors,Smilies with the presentation of concinnity. Urdu is an official language of our state but unfortunately it has not been given the due proper status, due to some unknown circumstances. It is not being implemented wholly and solly on the official level properly and now this language demands serious concerns and attention of the Govt. It is enlisted in the eighth schedule in the constitution of India.

Introduction | Urdu subject exists at the very inception of the college since 1951 and taught as a subject in arts stream and is still taught as a subject in the stream. The full-fledged department has not been established yet. The department has an aim to make Urdu learners fluent Urdu speakers and has put hold on urdu language and literature. |
Objective | It is in the deep concerns of the department that learners would go for different fields, prove their worth and to earn their livelihood. |
Mission | To prepare a galaxy of writers and critics, to imbibe among them a concept of work culture. To make learners enough competent for prestigious competitive exams like IAS, KAS,under graduate scale(type) of exams, to give vent to their inborn talent, so that they can go for different fields and make themselves independent. Opting a profession of journalism, join private channels as anchors, reporters, news readers and to make a good representation in different types of marketing, trade as a facilitator. |
